I was curious, and googled Linda Thomas. I didn't find any RNs, but I did find Linda Thomas, Animal Communicator. She translates the telepathic language of the animals into English.

When I was feeling down and blue and sickly, I went to the doctor and was greeted by the smiling face of Linda Thomas RN right away. She told me things would get better.
