Thanks for taking me back. I'm guess I'm old because I remember those ads...and that sexy Tom Selleck! But then I remember cutting and splicing reel-to-reel tape, mock up sheets...oh God, the list goes on. Pass me some moisturizer-quick!
Greg, in Belgium it's already reality. One can choose to have a "general electronic medical record" that can be accessed by every doctor or hospital (over there it can even be accessed on a pda).
Whether we're all the way there on some of the things or not on others, it's still amazing how far we've come. I remember watching these spots and feeling like the scenarios were impossible. Deidre, I can't believe you worked on them. I LOVED THESE ADS!

Also now thinking about how far we still have to go before electronic medical records become a reality.
well if that doesn't show my age....I believe I worked on these at mccann 16 years ago as a production coordinator, assisting the EP. fond memories.
Wow, pretty wild.
I can do most of that stuff on the phone in my pocket now. Crazy.

These are cool. Really? 16 years ago? And the reassuring voice of Tom Sellek. yes! Thank you.
