Not a problem. That happened to me and I'm doing quite well.
Won't you already be burning in hell or hanging out with angels pissing about jumping between clouds? We've got this really horrible expression in England called Chillaxing (Chilling out and relaxing) i imagine that's what you'd be doing in heaven if you were there.
I think you're good, cause you're already dead.
If it was an arm donation and that person killed other people with this arm, then you gonna drop down to hell.
So better don't do organ donations! ;-)
